該系列水浴式安瓿檢漏滅菌柜利用高溫循環(huán)水作為滅菌介質(zhì)，主要用于對安瓿、西林瓶、管制瓶裝等針劑、口服液產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行水淋式滅菌操作和檢漏清洗處理。該機(jī)在整個工作過程中，滅菌介質(zhì)運(yùn)行于一個相對封閉的循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的升、降溫控制由外部的冷（冷卻水）、熱（蒸汽）能源通過板式換熱器的能源通道間接作用于內(nèi)部循環(huán)水，有效防止了工作過程中的二次污染。該設(shè)備溫度均勻性好，溫度調(diào)控范圍寬，并通過真空與色水相結(jié)合的檢漏方式，保證了100%的廢品檢出率。
