彈簧預(yù)緊色譜柱(SAC)是為高壓制備色譜而研發(fā)的可自動填裝色譜柱。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于:
1)裝柱時間短,無需二次拆裝,所以可避免傳統(tǒng)色譜柱在拆裝時柱床反彈影響柱效。
2)活塞頭與柱床始終接觸并保持裝柱壓力,避免了傳統(tǒng)色譜柱長時間使用后柱床塌陷的問題,延長使用壽命。
3)采用一套裝柱機(jī),可以填裝多根色譜柱。
4)不使用電氣零部件,可用于防爆區(qū)域。
我公司生產(chǎn)的彈簧預(yù)緊色譜柱(SAC)的優(yōu)勢在于:
1)采用氣缸替代氣動液壓放大泵。其優(yōu)勢所有管路均為氣壓管路,除了色譜柱管內(nèi)部壓力,其它壓力均不超過8bar,安全性更好;其次,只使用壓縮空氣作為動力來源,操作環(huán)境更清潔。
2)管路布局更為簡潔。省去了氣壓轉(zhuǎn)液壓的所有零部件,一致性更好,操作空間更大更方便。
3)特殊設(shè)計的柱底密封結(jié)構(gòu),只用手?jǐn)Q緊即可實(shí)現(xiàn)密封。
4)特殊設(shè)計加工的分配方式,可以保證色譜柱的高柱效。
5)操作時間短,節(jié)省試劑。

Spring-loaded columns (SACs) are autopacked columns developed for high-pressure preparative chromatography. The advantages are:
1) The column loading time is short, and there is no need for secondary disassembly, so it can avoid the rebound of the column bed during the disassembly and assembly of the traditional chromatographic column, which can affect the column efficiency.
2) The piston head is always in contact with the column bed and maintains the column loading pressure, which avoids the problem of column bed collapse after long-term use of the traditional chromatographic column and prolongs the service life.
3) With a set of column machines, multiple columns can be filled.
4) No electrical parts are used, and can be used in explosion-proof areas.
The advantages of our Spring Prepacked Columns (SACs) are:
1) Adopt pneumatic cylinder instead of pneumatic hydraulic amplification pump. Its advantages are that all the pipelines are pneumatic lines, except for the internal pressure of the chromatography column tube, the other pressures are not more than 8 bar, which is safer, and secondly, only compressed air is used as a power source, and the operating environment is cleaner.
2) The pipeline layout is more concise. All parts of pneumatic to hydraulic pressure are omitted, and the consistency is better, and the operation space is larger and more convenient.
3) Specially designed column bottom sealing structure, sealing can be achieved by only hand tightening.
4) The distribution method of specially designed processing can ensure the high column efficiency of the column.
5) Short operation time and saving reagents.
